+1. Those grills are no longer subtle integrated styling ques. They have become massive and out of scale. Reminds me of the recent days when you could order oversized Cadillac emblems.

it is so huge looks like it needs a nose job. I think it would have looked better a little toned down. |

Don't like the wheels. They look like luxury package wheels, not M Sport.

I haven't been watching all the models but it sure seems like it's been awhile since I've seen Dunlops on a BMW. They were the OE tire for awhile back in the E36 days.

Thanks for the vid. It's almost certainly a US-spec car (note the amber side markers and the lack of a rear fog light switch) and so it highlights a couple of interesting things . . .
It appears that BMW will include the ///M front fender badge that it's had on Euro-spec M Sport cars but had deleted from US-spec cars. Also, the car has full rear climate control which was not included in the spec sheet. Both positive things imo.

I saw the new 7er yesterday and it doesn't look as bulky in person. I doubt the 5 series will look huge either.
Really hoping for more steering feel in the new generation. Also, hope that the new 6 series will break more ground in weight loss and driving dynamics.

The F30 US show cars also had things like fog lights on M Sport bumpers among other things that the US customer never got in the beginning. (spec was later changed I believe)

FWIW, I think this evolutionary design is exactly what prospective 5-Series customers were hoping for and want to own. Everything about it says classic, traditional BMW design. |

How different is Bluestone Metallic from Glacier Silver? I thought this was the latter!

Yes, same darkness, but with a blue hue to it.

I don't like the new headlights design. I think they should have kept the rounds ones
