Has anyone done this? Or have any instructions or info as to how intense this would be?

I need to replace the gloss black mirror trim on my drivers side.

Edit: Figured it out, was hesitant as it didn’t seem I would be able to pass the mirror glass through the round hole once everything was apart. Turns out yes and barely.
