SWW Lane change coding data

My G30 has 5AS and there are 2 SWW in right and left hand rear bumper. According to BMW document, the rear right is master and left hand is slave. I am wondering where is the coding data stored? I suppose it is stored in the master. But if I swap them, should I do vo code for it/them again?

I ask this is because I took the sensors down and put them back with no mark right or left. Now I put them back and trying to VO code the module, I get Ethernet error and it won't let me do the vo code. Swap them again, same.

No idea what happen.

I have the exact same problem happening with my front bumper. Did you ever find the solution?

if you change it, you have to code all the SWW modules. Try re-coding with the appropriate FA.
