So after leaving the brand for three years I've decided to go back to BMW. Previous to the jag I owned several bmws, last one being the 2014 F30. I think as far as looks and general sound nothing currently comes close to the F-Type in the price range but I needed more room and extra power so I've looked. I was impressed with the car that I test drove and made the deal. Will have delivery of it next Friday and can not wait. What are the things I should be looking for as far as breaking in and maintanance. Looking at Dinan stage one for tuning and already asked the dealer to tint the whole car. Alpine white 2020.

Welcome back and congrats buddy. I'm not sure what to look at if buying a brand new car.

Congrats on the new car. Never drove a Jag, but I love my M550. You may want to look at tires. Comes with runflats, and I hated the OEM ones, which were Goodyear F1 Asymmetrics. I changed to Michelin PS3ZP runflats, and love them. Others have gone to non-runflats like PS4S, etc. No spare, unless you give up significant trunk space. Other than that, just enjoy the performance, room, and luxury of the M550. Best car I have owned. Almost as quick as my M4, with so much more luxury and room. I have had no problems (knock on wood) in 31K miles so far. Hope you have similar experiences. Post pics when you can.

Thank you for the advice. I'll be certainly looking at tires. FType is a great car and I'll miss it but we need more room and comfort

I was told Dinan tunes were not out for 2020 m550 and 750ix yet.
