Code interior map lights?

I would like to have the door sills and approach/puddle lights in the doors illuminate but not the interior map lights. Is there a way to code this? Don't want to just remove the bulbs if I ever need to turn them on manually.

I wish I could code some lightbulbs into the center console!

No, I almost want to just take the lamps out and unplug them.

Just hold the main roof light button for 5 seconds or so, it should stay off afterwards.

Only the car's LED in the door, dash and floor area should light up.

I do that now but don't like how it disables the doors puddle lights and door sill glow. Wish the interior lights were separate from the door lights.
