BMW My Garage down/not working

Has been down for at least a week. Anyone know if this is common or when it might be up. Trying to track my new order which is supposed to start production in a couple of weeks.

I just checked and logged into my garage. Had no issues. Trying clearing cache and cookies and deleting browsing history and stuff. Maybe that will help

I've seen the site get stuck like that from time to time. You can use the top level menu to go to My BMW then navigate to My Garage to get a fresh session. If that doesn't clear things up, try resetting cache and clearing site cookies and trying to login again.

Have tried everything- even downloading a new browser and it’s still coming up with the error message. Relatively new as I have a production number and it’s supposed to go into production in a couple of weeks. Isn’t giving me the opportunities to enter the production number (or anything else for that matter). That’s annoying!

Is there any family filters on your network? Try changing the DNS to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 , I've seen filters block things like app stores, and such.

Thanks all but the results are the same. Reregistered with a new email. Downloaded a new browser (two new browser’s actually), switched from home WiFi to Verizon 5G - still getting the site is down and to try again…

If you're on a phone, click the hamburger icon in the upper right and login there. Then click on garage.

I've seen the error you see when the browser session expired.

No, still doesn’t work. Have tried it on four different devices (two iOS and two windows) and it’s the same error message unfortunately.
