DHP 530 vs 540 ?

Can someone please help explain why dynamic handling package on a 530 versus a 540 is $1600 less . $1600 vs $3200

In addition While costing less on a 530, it includes more such as M sport breaks and 4 wheel steering.

Seems to good to be true, can someone please help explain. Am I missing something 🤔

DHP on 530 has dynamic dampers, active steering and msport brakes.

DHP on 540 has dynamic dampers, adaptive drive and Active roll stabilization.

On 540 with DHP active steering is not an option. Also Msport brakes are $650.

In summary, the packages are named the same, but are vastly different. 540 has the extras to counteract body roll that the 530 does not.

Do you know the reasoning for this ?
On the description for the 530 it says it also contributes to less leaning in turns.

I do not. Appears the build configurator written description for the 530 and 540 DHP are the same. Both mention active roll stabilization which the 530 doesn't have. Error? This wouldn't be the first time the build configurator had errors.

There is a difference between adaptive mode (which one gets with the dynamic dampers and adaptive drive which does more:

As noted, the packages are very different.
