Thanks for staying on top of this Jason! The m550i is showing as $1,750 lease credit on the updated post, should this be $1,000?

What kind of lease deals are you guys seeing now in new M550i's?

Assuming an average spec'd car, top tier credit and 15k / year fir 36mo.. minimum drive offs and no MSD - what kind of payment would be realistic?

Under $1000? Under $900
I was thinking 850-900 range but curious what you have seen

A lot of factors. Discount, incentives, MSRP, etc. Ie, at a 85K msrp, 10.5% discount, $2,750 in incentives @ 56% residual, base MF, 0 MSDs, and $0 down payment, you're looking at about $815/mo before taxes. First month and fees due at signing.

The same deal with $1K incentives, 5% discount would be closer to $1000/mo before taxes.

anyone looking for a dealer contact in WA/OR for the aggressive deal, pm me. Found new dealer and order two of my cars X5 and 530i with them for 10% plus all rebates/incentive. Happy to refer you if you are looking for a contact in the northwest.

My deal on a custom build 2021 M550i was:

$87k msrp
10.5% off
.00082 MF (buy rate)
All incentives from October order ($2,250)
36 / 10,000
NY tax and fees + first DAS ($4,300)
$809 per month

Picking it up later this week. Used a broker called LeaseCompanion I found on the leasehackr website forums. Highly recommend him from my experience.

Is anyone getting 10% or 11% right now in January? I have an offer for 9% off.

When you hear BMW and 5 series you'd assume it'll be pricy, I've been looking around for CPO's and noticed 2017-18 models for as low as $24k. Is there a reason for this low price point?

Leasing Credit

Does BMW just cancel all the leasing credit for April? I cannot find any leasing credit for 5 series (and for other models) on leasing offers provided on BMW USA website.

The incentives are all there. Not sure where you're looking but if you click on "important info" for lease offers, you'll see it lists lease credit for all models.

Thanks a lot! They seem to change the display layout recently. Before the leasing credit was showed just next to the "important info" on the main page, while you don't need click on and check the details.

Missing Items On My 19 M550 Not Available On '22

Thanks for the info!!
I notice the Convenience package is gone.
Unlike my late model '19 X5 it doesnt seem to have proximity recognition.
Soft close doors seems to be missing.
Surround camera seems to be missing.
I have the Executive PKG now and the only useful thing in South Florida is the sunshade. HUD is invisible with polarized sunglasses.
I was just at BMW today and they are finally ready to tkae an order this week. This is very timely.
I have been using a black grille for my last three cars. Now that it is glossy as well as the under bumper I will have to stick with a dark color.

Supposedly the HUD being invisible with polarized lenses can be fixed by rotating the projection so the lenses stop filtering it out. According to bmw, go into settings and rotate the HUD, and you should be able to get it to somewhere you can see it with polarized lenses.

Idk if it works as advertised, as i dont wear glasses, but this is supposedly why bmw has that setting there.
