Question Do G30’s qualify for $199 Ultimate Care Oil Change?

I have a 2017 G30. It’s been more than 60 months, but only have 54K miles.

BMW offers a $199 Prepaid 3-yr Unlimited mileage oil change.

3 YEARS PREPAID FOR $199
The BMW Ultimate Care Oil Services plan is available to all vehicles older than 60 months OR with at least 60,000 miles. This maintenance plan can be purchased as soon as the 1st day following the 60-month period or as soon as the car reaches 60,000 miles.

I went to my service advisor at the dealership and they told me this special is only for E and F-series. And because my car is a G-platform vehicle, it does not qualify for this special. Is this true? Or are they wrong?

Yes. I bought it for my 2018 M550i. There are age/mileage limits for getting it, though. (Can't quote exactly what they are...)

Yes, but the reason I haven't gotten it is because I like changing my oil more frequently than what that package covers. On a ~500hp twin turbo v8, seems like cheap insurance to change oil every 6k miles instead of 10k.

I bought it in Jan for my wife's x5. We should be onto 4th oil change this year by mid January.
Last month I finally got it for my 18 530e.

I use fcpeuro bmw kits for in-between changes on both.

Since my buddy owns a shop, the crap/worth ratio is in my favor to DIY the oil changes. Plus I can grab a Blackstone sample at the same time. I do buy my supplies from him so he gets some profit, but putting the car up in the air and checking everything out w/o having to wait an entire day at the BMW center is a good thing. Plus, the last three times I've brought my car in I had to have it sit out overnight while they finished other stuff before getting to mine. Annoying.
