Turn Signal Sound

Hello folks. I find the sound of the turn signal to be both loud and annoying - unlike the more subtle sounds of the various warning sounds the car makes.

Can the volume / tone go the turn signal sound be tuned and if so, how?

Thanks

I have changed it with Bimmercode to Rolls Royce sound. Much better this way.

Do you remember the coding module? I coded the RR tones, but I'm not sure if it changed the turn signal tone or not; I know it changed the warning chimes.

Had the same result - coded to RR but turn signal remained the same.

turn signal sound problem of bmw g16

I have the same problem on G16. Even though we code it to RR sound with any software, the signal sound remains the same. Isn't anyone bothered that this is annoying?
If an intelligent professional finds a solution to this, please let me know, I am ready to pay whatever the fee is.

Never noticed that indicator sound was any different or whether it was actually sound made from speakers?

And I agree, RR chimes are a must, now every time I am in some other car I always notice annoying chimes like parking sensors and similar.

According to the info I got Rolls Royce chime coding only works on certain iDrive versions, and that BMW removes and adds Rolls Royce sound files to different iDrive versions. The chime coding only works on "iDrive 7 with 07/2021 i-Step and Newer". The post also says that the coding doesn't work on the 03/2021 iDrive version.

I think turn signal sound is made by physical Relay in steering rather then speakers so cant be coded to any other sounds, at least in case of g30 as i tried many thing. still super annoying sound
