Hello mate.

Well I have mirror dip option too (and mirror fold after locking the car) and no comf.seats option too neither the electric lumbar.
These options are separate.. well in my country does..

Edit : but I still dont have the car yet. The option for mirrors was 555€ so I hope it will work lol

My dealer said he's got a v unhappy customer who ordered the folding mirrors and parking assistance package but no dipping mirrors...

Ball drop from Bmw. Clearly it's related to one or both of those options. In no way does it functionally relate to electric seats.

My dealer said I was the 4th person to complain of no dipping mirror with folding mirror option. Hopefully we would be able to code it later. Should we complain to BMW UK?

I think so - it must be controllable from the main computer - if the folding option is and the mirrors are electric then it sounds like a code hangs to me. Wouldn't be surprised if Bmw do t themselves if people complain en masse

Guys I didnt get it or is there really big difference in international packages?

Here in Czech there is the only one option which includes :

- drivers mirror damping(dimming)
- automatic parking function - passangers mirror turns down during parking when u set "R"
- after parking u can fold mirrors to take less space on parking place

This option is here 540i xdrive Mpacket as standard.

Is it the thing u are talking about or I miss something?

Different geographies have different packages. Are those sentences the actual wording or yours? Can you share the option codes - those seem to be standard at least.

Great news, my car now has a registration and I have been scheduled to pick up next Thursday 6th July. It has felt such a long wait that i have forgotten my spec so referring back to this thread haha. Will post pics and impressions on arrival. Thanks all for feedback and reading the many threads of different experiences.

Enhanced Bluetooth with wireless charging

Variable Damper Control

This will be my 14th BMW since my first one in 1982. I've known my local dealer for donkeys years. This is the first time I've ever ordered an M Sport spec, I did it because I wanted nappa leather & ventilated seats. My dealer insists that I need VDC because I'm used to softer suspension, my current car being a 'luxury' spec. Personally, if I was on a limited budget I'd lose the loud speaker system & the display key & go for the VDC. I only ordered the display key because of the Parking Assistant +. You say it's a 'poverty' spec you're ordering but it's still a beautiful car. I think the Bluestone Metallic is a stunning colour. I've had all sorts of colours over the years but this Bluestone looks the business, that's probably why BMW have used it in all their publicity for the 5 series. I hope you enjoy your new car.
Kudos to you Sir. According to my calculation, you have been changing your BMW at every two and half years

it doesn't. Msport comes with (704) suspension which is firmer than the standard SE unless you tick the box to not have msport suspension and have SE (no cost option in UK at least) . In addition, that obviously changes if you have specced VDC or the more expensive DDC.

Again 18" M Sport 662M wheels...on purpose; I was going to order M Sport Plus pack with 19" rims, but decided against it, bumpier ride even with VDC, but more important a real b*tch to keep clean, so many facets... my 18" rims are a breeze to clean, only 5 spoke pairs per wheel
thanks again Jed. So if they are the standard lights (which look absolutely great, i have seen the iconic Adaptive LED lights, but what do the Adapative lights look like then?) any links anyone?

thanks again,
Anil
Beautiful car... are you sure on the display key? It's huge, like cellphone huge... when I actually saw it and had it in my hand I opted not to get . Just my opinion.

when speccing the 530e, there is no option to delete the M Sport suspension (704). Its an option to delete on all other models except the 530e.
Ive specced VDC so not a problem for me.

Love the blue interior! Any regret? I'm ordering mine with blue interior with bluestone too but unsure if it matches. Also, would feline cove match the blue or should I just pay for piano black?

Zero regret, blue is perfect, and goes great with Bluestone...

I can't comment on trim, I stayed with stock rhombicle, sorry

Thanks all. Yes I will do a detailed review soon and more pics. The colour definitely different in lighting conditions which is great.

Had a lot of compliments for the car already. It was my first time driving a plug in and felt strange at first as so quiet. I think i managed my work journey (19 miles) on pure electric. Although i need to work out how the info can tell me this? The interior is so inviting too.
