lowering springs with MINIMAL drop??

Been looking for about a week now, yes I’ve used all the search features, yes I know how to use the forums...

With that out of the way, does anyone know of a set of springs that lower the car, but don’t leave it slammed? 1-1.5 inches is too much drop for a 5 series. The most minimal drop I’ve seen are the ACS springs, and they are too expensive for this purpose. Let me know if anyone has a reference to another manufacturer, and photos of the end result if possible. If not, I’d be glad to be the guinea pig and I’d post my result afterwords.

Thanks in advance! (please don’t respond at all if you are going to tell me to just pay for the ACS springs, or another overpriced set. Dinan, Eibach, and H&R are all too low as well.)
