I posted this in the IDrive tech section and thought I would post locally here as well in case you guys might be able to help me out.

Hi,
I was wondering if anyone else has had any issues setting up the voice command address book. Every time I press the voice command button on the steering wheel and then say "Save name" it responds back with: No Cd.

It can't seem to understand that I'm saying "save name", I even tried "store name" and it takes me to the settings menu. I don't understand what the issue is!
