Hi, yea still need to fix it. When the car is idling it gets misfire readings and cuts off fuel injection. But it’s logical when going to the cross bank model exhaust manifold.

I found out that the X5m & X6m both s63 engines with cross bank exhaust manifolds slightly different, but cross banked use a single dme MSD85.3 like the N63 MSD85.1.

I suppose that's a good thing. For my application, it's two dme. Uktu tuned the only 10 m5 with a single turbo so if he can solve that, I'm hopeful this isn't an issue.

I really hope Utku is able to tune the dme, other wise I have no choice, but to go back to the stock manifolds..

Manifolds in and waiting on new turbos. Originally the turbos were going to come from Muchboost in Poland but now I have a deal from Ladermanufaktur for my hybrid units. Turbos are already built, just will accept my cores and ship out the new ones. Probably another 3 weeks I'm guessing before my install begins.

I bought a set of second hand turbos and brought them to Speedshop Ter Stege in Emmen, the Netherlands. Very happy with the outcome, they really did an excellent job on them. (Highly recommended)

Did you already heat wrapped the exhaust manifolds?

This waiting for a custom tune is frustrating 🥴 It still feels like a 50/50 chance to get it work. Really don’t understand that nobody has any posts/videos etc. to have achieved this conversion with a msd85 dme. Can’t wait to get it back on the road again!
