Rear headrests

Quick question....... can the rear headrests be removed if you do NOT have the split folding rear seat option?

not aware that you can.not seen anthing in the manual and they don'y look like they do. The middle can be folded down if that helps?

Been researching and I think they can be removed, but if don't have the folding seats there isn't enough headroom to get them out!

Reason I ask is because Ive got a G30 on order (without folding seats) but had a sudden thought about whether I will be able to use the high back boosters for my kids (in my wife's 2 Series GT I need to remove headrests so that they fit flush).
