Cabbage thanks for posting, I had actually programmed one of the preset buttons to the engine sound ... very cool feature, the only difference is the coding allows you to literally turn off all fake engine sounds. One thing missing when I had my 2015 550 was the engine sound my 650 coupe had, now BMW obviously fakes it ... does sound cool but I would prefer the real thing. |

I turned it off using BimmerCode. After a week, I turned it back on because the car was too quiet. If I wanted to spend $100,000 for a quiet car, I would have bought a Tesla Model S.
It’s hard to beat the sound of a high performance V8. Regards, Bud
