2018 M550i good deal or not

Hey guys.
Looking for some advice. I saw this immaculate 2018 M550i with 38k miles and the following packages. Cold weather, driving assistance and driving assistance plus, parking assistance, executive 20" M wheels, gesture control and remote control parking. The dealer is asking $43k or $46k if CPO (will replace all tires). Factory warranty ends 9/21 and of CPOed it would end 9/22.
Is it a good deal ?

Yes, that is a good deal, I have that same car in the same spec with 38,500 miles. I bought it off the lease for $43, XXX in October. The initial lease buyout was $50, XXX but they offered a $7500 discount. For 43K it was a no-brainer to buy it and keep it. Good luck you will love the car!!

You could buy it non CPO and use the $3 grand as a major downpayment on an extended warranty.

Get the car it's a good deal. I would add extended Zurich warranty coverage for that 3k vs certified BMW warranty. Also I would check if breaks were replaced all the way around.
