I installed the diffuser and exhaust in my garage. Also had it tinted today with XPel Prime XR 20% all around and XPel Prime XR Plus 45% on the windshield. Need to give it a good wash before I upload some after photos as it's pretty dirty at the moment.
Cool! I'll be looking for photos. Did you have to cut the factory exhaust to install the new one?

No, I did the full catback. Just took off the old and need to figure out what I will be doing with it. Thinking about just chopping it up and tossing it in a dumpster but it's $3400 for a replacement if I do ever need to return to stock for some reason.

You're not leasing?

Since I'm leasing I'm keeping the stock exhaust and will have it installed when I turn the car in.

One of my buddies has a huge car shop and is letting me keep it there 😎

Nah, chose to finance it.

Ordered some detailing products, car is in need of a wash. Trying to decide if I want to buy a pressure washer or not now.

Nice pictures!
I haven't put them on yet but their for the reflector near the front wheels and then the center space between the grills.
Did you ever get these installed? I'm thinking of doing a reflector delete. Where did you get the part? Used a local paint shop to paint?

Google ind, they have them painted already. Takes about 15 minutes to put in. Going to want a plastic trim tool so that you don't scratch the fender.

I got mine at mod bargains. Very nice people and great service. Purchased front camera trim, reflectors and mirror caps painted to match my individual paint color to perfection.

Got the products in, just need to find time to have the paint corrected before I coat it.

Little bit clearer angle, slightly larger tires fill out the fenders and the speedometer is actually correct now.

Did you go with +5 sidewall? Looks like DWS06's?

Nice! Also interested in what the new size was that you went with. I've mostly gotten used to mine (stock size on the 668M wheels) but my other car is an SUV so a part of me will always be looking for a little more meat on the tires.

Yeah DSW's, 245/40/20 and 275/35/20. At this point I wouldn't recommend them as my car has an unpredictable floaty feel to it on the highway. Was going to stick with PSS but couldn't find them in this size. Not sure if it was the increase in size, summer to all-weather or continentals soft sidewalls that caused the feeling...or if it was a combination of all three.

I have them on my Audi S6 and like them. I'm going for a softer less harsh ride though.

Perhaps you're over inflated? One thing I was wondering was what is proper inflation pressure since they're not factory.

I haven't played with pressures but the fronts are around 41 and the rears 44 (temps 101-108f) when I checked them on the screen after driving in to work today.

You may like the Michelin's better. They're gonna be much louder though.

They were on the car from the factory, never really had that much of an issue with the sound.

What do you think about this idea?

1 would stick to the tip of the engine cover in the center and 2 would be centered on the metal piece over the radiator closer to the grills, like the Lambo firing order on their engines.

Personally I like the existing look of the engine bay with no additions.

BUT, if I were to add these, I'd just go with #2 and not put anything on the plastic engine cover. First, not sure how much these weigh, but I just don't like the idea of an extra bit bouncing around on the plastic cover over time. Second, in theory if someone were actually working on the engine and needed to be reminded of the firing order, the cover would be off and not available for reference. However unlikely that scenario is - when I'm doing stuff like this I still like it to make sense.

Of course - more important than our thoughts is what you think looks good on your own car! My M550 has the individual paint placard on the metal part where you're suggesting #2 - it does look neat having something in that spot which is probably why I'm also having a preference for that.

So with two of the four tires messed up during the accident I decided to go back to Michelin and get some PS4's in the stock sizes. Front tires were two tenths less than the rears in just two months. I thought these cars were rear biased AWD systems?

Seems about right, braking is a lot harsher on the front tires and they are much narrower than the rear as well so it makes sense that they lose tread depth much quicker
