I've thought about trying to square the wheels up buying two rear wheels to put up front to get rid of the staggered setup. Wonder if moving the wheels inboard by 27mm is wise. This would probably accelerate the wear on the inner portion of the tire even more so however.

What I might actually do when I get my car home from the repair is fit up the rear wheel to the front and see how it looks.

Back when I was measuring for maximum tire fitment in front, I tried the rear wheel(offset:44)+275/30/20 PS4S tire with a 15mm spacer in front(net offset:29) and it fit easily with room to spare. With an 8mm spacer(net offset:36), the tire was too close to the steering knuckle inside. This information should save you some time!

So far the sensor doesn't seem to be broken and don't need a replacement $3200 headlight, thinking mostly just layers of bumper with broken clips that need to be replaced.

Cerium trim, grill, and one layer behind the bumper was about $200 on bmwpartpros so we'll see how this goes when I get it looked at.
Ouch.

So after years of ignoring the terrible fitment of the AC Schnitzer rear diffuser I ordered the M-Performance parts. Will end up with the bumper trim being Mediterranean blue and the diffuser black. Also replacing the trunk kick bracing piece that I cut to fit the ACS diffuser. Should have it this week and need to schedule the paint when my shop opens monday.

I bought the reflector inserts from here. Have wanted to do some exhaust clips but just haven't had the time, I do put the car in manual with the exhaust flaps open when I go through tunnels or underpasses.

Ordered some EBC red pads. Need to figure out the part numbers for M-Sport rotors and all the nuts and bolts involved.

Brake parts ordered, I'll see about taking some photos along the way. I wasn't sure if there are pad sensors on driver and passenger side so I ordered two of each. Rear pad clips only come with OEM pads so I'll see if they're in the EBC box, if not I'll reuse the ones I have.

Not sure if I just drive a bit too close to 10/10ths every day but I ordered a new set of tires after about 13,000 miles. Made a note on my phone October 30th at 34,685 miles. Waiting on a the new set to be delivered today at about 48000 miles. Could be that this is the heaviest car I've ever owned too.

Brake job complete. It was awesome having bimmerlink to retract the electronic parking brake. Too bad I don't have this capability for my wifes car. Was a pain having to remove the wheel well liner to get to the rear brake pad sensor wire. Waited way too long to get these replaced as I couldn't even see the brake fluid in the resevoir. Also took my time scrubbing the calipers. Now I just need to wait a couple hundred miles and then I'll make sure to bed in the EBC red stuffs.
