Chrome sections in door handles

I hate chrome.

Apart from the exhaust tips and centre sections of the door handles everything else will be gloss black.

Do anyone know if the centre sections can be replaced or removed for painting?

You know we get vinyl wrapped for real cheap this can always be removed later
