530e Battery Only Range

Day 4 and I managed 20.2miles on battery only (Eco Pro, Max eDrive) with the AC off. Does the range improve as the miles pile on or is this about the best I can expect?

Hugely impressed with the car - the way it drives, the quietness (battery and petrol), the quality and the handling.

my 530e m sport is still on order and cant arrive soon enough. lol

Glad your liking the car, any pics?
Not sure if 20 miles on battery is good or not but doesnt seem to bad to me.
Out of interest, what does it drive like in just electric and then elec and petrol?
Is there any loss of power when the battery depletes in auto edrive?

Power is restricted in eEco Pro/Max eDrive but still usable. When the battery depletes, the car switches over to combined mode seamlessly and if you don't spot the change in display, it is hard to detect that you are running on petrol.

I will post up some pics shortly!

20+ miles seems pretty good. Probaly the max possible. My range is only 15/16 wheel I start the car but never actually tried maxing it out. Usually in auto edrive myself.

Fun tip, if you put the car is sport mode, gear selecter on M, and then battery control to 100% you can get a full charge back in about 12-15 miles

Yea but not very quick. You won't charge it past 0-2 miles with normal driving

so it has to be in battery charge mode to fully charge?
Also when driving in auto edrive and comfort mode does the car drive the same with a minimum battery charge as it does with a full charge?

Yeah, it just uses more petrol, ie consumption is higher
