Is that the Msport package? or is the bumper the standard model number?

The car you drove has only the 704 M sport passive suspension, the DDC or the DHC?

Nice write up, Dave. Glad we now have a good Client Advisor option here in the SD area.

Bummer they removed the temp dial from between the vents. It was easy to access quickly, and I use it often. Having to go thru idrive to get to that feature, I know I'll never use it. Too many steps involved.

Can't wait to order a M550!

Any feedback on engine performance with the new body / weight? Wasn't sure if the vehicle was driven. The review sounded like it was (steering comments etc...). Perhaps I missed it though!

Yes I got to take it for a short drive. It's got the B48 engine so power and torque weren't exactly anything to write home about, but it did feel very responsive. Maneuvering the car around, you can definitely feel the lightness of the chassis as well. I especially loved the new design of the M Sport Steering wheel while driving the car around. I'll post another review when we get the 540i in and definitely when we get the M550i!

The dash not being completely digital REALLY annoys me. That looks SUPER CHEAP.

Really? Horsepower and torque aren't anything to write home about?

It's not an M5, buddy.

Very informational write-up, thank you for this! Can the G30 be had with Mineral White with M-Sport?

So basically a slightly smaller 7 series. Nothing sporty about the new 5 series coming from a M5 F10 and E60 owner?

My word. I cannot take that half-digital cluster. It looks so Honda Civic....:

Great write up, though. And, great car!

Only Alpine white, and no silver either. At least before Individual.
