Noticed update or so that the BMW Connected App now warns that it will open the closed side mirrors to take the 3D view pics. Was it doing that already before? If not, would like to be able to re-close the mirrors after an updated view. Assume one would have to perform a "lock" car to then swing the mirrors in?

I think you will find that it swings the mirrors back in automatically once it has taken the remote picture.

Yep no change in what happens, just a legal disclaimer in case your car is in a tight spot where your mirrors might get damaged.
