Hi All,

Is anyone else experiencing issues with the "Last Ride" information in the BMW Connected App?

I always like to check my "Efficiency" after each trip. However, over the last few days it fails to update regularly. For example, when I log into the app now it shows my Last Ride as being last night at 8:29 pm (which was my drive home last night). It did not record my commute this morning and has been randomly failing to record this information.

I know the App has glitches but just wondered if others are encountering this issue.

I get the notifications after every trip without fail (iOS). But I'm in the UK, so our apps might be slightly different.

Maybe that's a 530e or d thing but my 540 in US doesn't show any of that. Maybe I just don't know where to look. I really want to get BMW to work with Samsung SmartThings.

Yeh that may be a 530e thing. Have a 540 in the uk with the latest version of the iOS app and I don't have that option.

It's not a 530e only option as I don't have a 530e. In the iOS app, it appears in the activity tab after every trip. You get a notification if you've enabled notifications from the Connected Drive App.

Ah ok. Yeh had notifications off so have enabled that now to see what I get.

It works in the US. I get trip summary after I am finished driving.

Download from the App Store
You will require your bmw connected credentials to enter.
I think you need remote services . Think that was an option originally (£60 in the uk) when I bought mine but I think is standard now.

Anyway if you have remote services for your car you should be able to use. It
