I have a 2018 M550 I was rear ended and the body shop is going to replace my rear diffuser, rear bumper cover and my rear exhaust / muffler.

I was debating about using this as an opportunity to swap out my rear, bumper and diffuser to the M5 style, which I think looks better. I could also put on the Dinan exhaust instead of stock, which would give me quad tips instead of the oem boxy shaped tips.

I’m not sure if the location of the exhaust tips on an M5 bumper cover are the same as on an M550 and my question is if I swap out the rear diffuser and bumper to M5 will my stock exhaust still fit and would the dining exhaust fit?

If any of you have made any of these changes, that would be great I don’t wanna get these parts give them to the body shop and find out that stuff doesn’t fit correctly

I’m assuming that the M5 diffuser is not going to fit on stock M550 tips given that they are shaped differently but if I swapped Dinan with the quad circular tips I’m thinking that might fit better but I would rather see photos or get comments from someone who has done it.

Of course I can always just avoid all this hassle and put it back to stock but what fun would that be? Ha ha.
