Rear electric Roller Blind

Searched hi and low, and see nothing for the G30. Anyone do this retrofit or know how to do the wiring. Looked thru the technical docs but not detailed enough to determine whether new modules would be required.

Maybe look up the parts on the F90 M5?

I'll check ISTA when I get a chance and see if I can find the wiring diagrams.

Info from ISTA

Here is what I can find in ISTA. I know in my M5, the switch block does not control the left and right rear shades, as they are manual.

PS -> I don't think the Bimmerpost App shows .pdf files.

Thanks this is very helpful. The side shades are manual and only the rear is automated. Do you have a pdf that shows from the rollerblind connection to the BDC?

Hello - my rear sunshade is off the rails. Two broken clips, do not find parts. The replacement kit for these parts is for older bmw, not for m550 thank you

Looks like you replace the entire unit as an assembly or you find a damaged one online for parts....

Thank you, it does not make sense to replace the whole sun shade. I have found online the following replacement kit:

https://www.ebay.com/itm/12216304137...Z2SC4102F6HYKW

but I do not know if it fits
