On my g30 2020 530d
from around 3000-4000 rpm there is a weird whistling noise coming out of what seems to be the exhaust, has anyone ever had this issue.

Is this normal ? When driven in sport and given full gas it is more noticable but only can hear it from the back end.

I wouldnt think thats normal - My 530D definitely doesnt produce that sound. I get a slight turbo whistle from mine under acceleration however this is heard from the engine area. I'd have your rear muffler checked - I've had another car in the past that had a faulty baffle in the rear muffler that would whistle like this under hard acceleration.

Do you think warranty would cover this ?

It's worth getting it checked out as I'd think it would be a warranty item if its a fault within the exhaust (unless you have hit something and damaged it which would be a different story)

Any chance you figured out what the noise was/is?
Having the same noise, guessing it has something to do with the differential maybe?

Took it to a bmw dealer

They said that bmw is looking into it but
that there’s nothing wrong with the car. 🤦‍♂️
When i asked then when they will find a solution if they would call me, they said that there’s nothing wrong with the car.

In short terms i got the impression that they didnt want to bother fixing the issue and instead just blew me off

Are you using the original exhaust-tips on the back or are you using different ones by any chance?

I have the original pipes, stil havent resolved the issue
