I saw this one below- it states in the item description "Direct Replacement to Original Diffuser on the Car. Direct Fit to M550i OEM Exhaust Tip Setup. Exhaust Opening are Made Specially For M550i OEM Exhaust Tip Size." which is close to what the others above use as wording. However, in the Compatibility Chart and item title, it does not list the M550i. Maybe send a message to the seller and confirm it fits M550i and/or has 10" openings?

EDIT: Appears to be more listings that use the same language but not on Compatibility List. Really odd.

That bottom link shows a m550 in the pics, but the pic of the diffuser itself looks like the exhaust is to fit a 540 instead. Odd indeed! I'm afraid to order something like that and it not fit, leaving me with having to figure out how to send it back or what to do with it.

So this is one I have in my watch list. The pic shows a m550 and the cut outs in the picture of the diffuser itself seems to match the shape of the m550 stock exhaust. HOWEVER!...when I entered M550, it says "does not fit" lol...wtf is going on here?!

That seller gets them in and out of stock constantly. Keep checking. I can only imagine how many he has sold.

IDK, but I would question why the seller posts installation instructions for a spoiler on a diffuser add. Stick with my seller, he had stock a few days ago I think. I can attest that it fits our car and it fits the stock tips:
