Can you buy a used car stiill under factory warranty and CPO it?

Background, I’m currently shopping a 2020 BMW M550i. Car is fully loaded with less than 20k miles. Going to do a PPI before purchasing.

Thank you! Will have to do my research on extended warranties. This is my only hesitation with the car and I was hoping I could get a BMW warranty since it is still under the original factory warranty.
