CPO Cayman GT4? Those might be a bit above $100k but cash offer might make negotiating easy. Manual, coupe, great looks and stands out from the rest of the crowd.

How so? They get all the cash up front in either case.

True. I guess I always believed cash is easier to work with than financing, when it comes to selling.

Wind breeze must be a banker.

With cash offer and if negotiatied right I'm sure you can score one below msrp. Unless Porsche dealership strive on financing?

I get the feeling this is a troll.

Credit scores only go up to 850.

And the fact you said "cuz". Troll for sure.

I'm not a banker. I've just had some financial education and a lot of hands-on experience dealing with money both personally and in business.

My guess is if anything the dealers would prefer financing. It depends on the deal and how much interest they get. I don't know anything about Porsche's financing.

Yeah, just cutting in line to get a GT2 with no previous P Car history would probably cost you $100k. That's the allocation spot, you'd still need the $293k on top of that.

This has to be, if not a troll, then an intoxicated and totally theoretical "what if" on a whim.

$100K? The BEST Porsche you can buy is a NEW Corvette base C7 PLUS a previous gen Boxster, and just park the Boxster and light it on fire.

I'm sure you know that dealerships don't make off the car sales price much over the sales of parts, service and finance
Who the hell are you and what are you doing in America? Don't you know this is the land of 8 year car loans and rolling debt over from the previous car you couldn't afford to the new car your reaaaally can't afford?

Being a debt slave is awesome!

Clearly not trolling here. Just wanted your perspective ESP Pcar owner. Anyways, I think this YouTuber summation is on point for $100k. Thoughts?

I'm pretty sure the OP is trolling, but a fun thread nonetheless.

I would say:

1. 991.1 GT3 if you can bump up the budget a tiny bit
2. 991.1 GTS
3. GT4, but personally for me, i'd rather have a 991 for practicality reasons.

Those are great options too. But if NickyC suggest being in debt, might as well go all out

Probably true for most observers. Sort of like how I prefer an M2 to the M4, but suspect most casual car people either can't tell the difference or just think that the more expensive and bigger numbered M4 must automatically be better.
