Was thinking about trying 21"s but the tires are $$
I have 20 and 22" tires to use now so I'll stick with those for now, maybe 21"s in the future after I use these sets up I have my 22"s up for sale! Really want to try some darker colored wheels\ http://g30.bimmerpost.com/forums/sho...1#post22325311 Haha, thanks! Hybrids dont have to be boring! |

Yeah, I was just thinking about the conflicting message it sends with that carpool pass on the back. You normally see that on mom's Prius and not on a mean and sexy looking BMW. Kudos to OP and I love the contrast provided by the roof.

https://instagram.com/p/BZ_9LqFF57Z/ Its just a muffler delete, so it will still pass smog and everything, no affect to the carbon emissions. Honestly its very quiet at freeway driving speeds, gets a little louder in sport, and loudest when in M mode which is in the video clip. Wouldnt mind it being louder even I dont think any wife would complain, it not very loud at all when not in sport Do it! |

H&R springs
Hi!
Your car looks great, where did you order the H&R springs, can`t find them anywhere? How is the ride? I was thinking about going with Eibach, but they don`t have any plans for springs for the 530e anytime soon (according to customer service in Germany), -so H&R it is! /SoleOne |

OP, where did you get your spoiler and what colour is it? I had the same one in CF but the one I had was defective and had to go back. Yours looks gloss black which matches the black roof (which I am having done tomorrow) and I would be interested in a black one rather than CF
I have a lip which is the M performance lip but without the fins that attach to the bumper. The M performance one has holes in the front and some raised lips on which the fins would mount to - the one I have is exactly the same except without the holes and raised lips so it looks 'finished' without the fins. |

They should definitely be available in germany though... I'd assume they're released there first The ride is ok, a little bit bouncy over big bumps Doesnt absorb the bumps quite as well as my KW V1 I had on my 435 But its acceptable for the price. This is the first time I've used springs only And its 530e so the rear is heavier, not sure how it'd ride on a non E Quote:

[QUOTE=F32PROJEKT;22446507]I got them from a friend who had to ship them in from overseas, I dont think they were available in the US when I got mine, but it should be available now.

Got an e-mail yesterday from H&R Germany stating "there are no lowering springs available for the g30 hybrid-version at present time, and not sure if there will be" So no wonder I couldn't`find them anywhere ! BUT: would it be possible for you to check what part-number your springs are? Cause if they fit and work fine on your car, I would like to order them too, regardless if they are actually made for the hybrid or not. |

Only difference is I think the e-drive rear sits a little lower than the front due to the batteries being in the rear and heavier Rear has about 1 finger gap, and front is 2 Yup I posted a sound clip here https://instagram.com/p/BZ_9LqFF57Z/ |

Ah yes, thats true, I just used the non e-drive springs. Wasnt sure if it was going to work when I ordered them but didnt have any issues installing. Only difference is I think the e-drive rear sits a little lower than the front due to the batteries being in the rear and heavier Rear has about 1 finger gap, and front is 2 Allright, I see, think i might wait a bit to see if someone releases springs specific for the hybrid. Thank you |
