Need help choosing an M3

Hey guys im looking at getting a used M3. I`m going to be using it as a daily driver all year around here in Montreal. I will be financing this car...

The thing is I`m having a hard time choosing one of these two:

2001- 80,000 km - $24,995
http://www.canadatrader.com/result/d...3&pgno=1&srt=1

2003- 90,000 km - $25,975 (+ 4Yr Warranty)
http://www.canadatrader.com/result/d...9&pgno=1&srt=1

I have yet to go see either of them so I dont really know what the thorough condition of both are. Consider that I will be driving this car all year round even in the snow. Which would be a better choice? My e34 is the first and only car I`ve ever had and I spent a fortune on rebuilding most of the engine and chasis. So I`m wondering what would maintenance be like on a used e46 M3 thats about to hit 100k Km mark?

no brainer - get the 2003 with warranty.

i had a 5-year old e46 m3 and it was in the shop every month with some minor repair so warranty is a necessity IMO

^+2. The cost of replacement parts for the M3 vehicles is about twice the cost of the regular 3 Series so a 4-year warranty is a plus.
