Can you install factory Fog Lights on M550 ?

Hi,
Was wondering if there's a "kit" or something similar to install Factory Fog lights on a M550 that did not come with them. I know several Manufacturers have things pre-wired to the fog area and interior switch, and would assume BMW does this too, but I dont know.

Has anyone installed Factory Fog lights on a M550 before ? Mine is a 2020 if that matters.

Heat exchangers sit on both sides where the fog lights would normally be.....

Ahh, i see. So those vents are functional. Oh well. There goes that idea ! hahaa..thank you for the info !
