Guys can anyone help me out with installation instructions for racechip on G30 M550. I have managed to get it installed but I am sure there must be an easier way as it took me nearly 3-4 hr as I had to remove so many parts to get to the sensors. I can not imagine going through this process every time I have to take my car for service at the dealership.

I have contacted racechip multiple times but they kept sending me useless pictures of the previous model 550.

So I took the car to the local track about a month ago... it was warm and humid with DA around 3200. The original 60-100 runs when I got RC GTS Black were done with DA of about 400.

This time 60-100 went up from best of 4.78 to 5.09 seconds. The best 1/4 mile was 11.87... 0-60 was 3.73
Since 60-100 went up by 0.3 sec, I am pretty sure when weather cools down the car is easily capable of mid 11s with just RC tune.
Attached are the dragy results from September.

thank you for sharing. so by the looks of it, pretty similar performance as the dinan elite v2. But yes, the slightest change in climate and or condition can make a big enough difference.

You are just up the road from me...I'm in South Elgin. Any recommendations on good shops out here, especially for exhaust work? Things were so much easier with my Firebird...open headers dumped before the rear end.
I just ordered a DME tune and am trying to figure out what to do for DP and/or midpipe. Any pointers on if going catless DPs will mess with emissions testing?
If you ever head up to great lakes in the spring, let me know. I would love to tag along, and my neighbor with an RS7 would be game as well.

Great delta's! Thanks for posting
Question, my dragy doesn't even have a 60-100 option but it will track it when doing 60-130? See pics below. How do you get the simple 60-100 choice?

There is a custom mode where u can assign 60-100 or other parameters... I think you have to be connected to the dragy to see it...

Thank you, I will mess around with it. I keep it in my car and pop it up on dash speaker and do runs sporadically! Anyway great posts. I need to do some stock runs and with Dinan and some with evolve tune and compare all 3. Dinan is respectable in our car, I think close to race chip but hard to compare with how DA and temp changes can really change performance. With Evolve's tune if I am calculating KPH to mph correctly on google I did 4.07 60-100mph.

I was wondering if there are logs of the different tunes for stage 1, just to understand how happy the engines are and how the different tunes achieve their output...

(In the proces to find myself a tune, in EU, still having warranty)

JB4 you can do this and put it on map 0 (no boost addition).

There are other OBD readers - even apps that you can use on your iphone like DASHCOMMAND - I have never used any except JPB4 for looking at boost, timing, etc. to tune the JB4.

Seem pretty inexpensive 60 for the OBD bluetooth plus 10 or so bucks for the app. Cant hurt to try!
