Conservative Wheel offset?

I was wondering if 20x9 et25 and 20x10 et39 are conservative wheel offsets? I don't want any poke what so ever and want to be able to lower later if desired. I'm looking at Beyern Ritz Gloss Black wheels and the Beyern website lists the following as what fits the car:

Front Wheel Fitments:
2090BFT255112B66: 20x9 5x112 ET: 25

Rear Wheel Fitments:
2010BFT395112B66: 20x10 5x112 ET: 39

I currently have Yokohama Advan Sport A/S+ tires at 245/35 and 285/30 that would go on them.
