That was confirmed by BMW engineers at the prototype drives... I doubt they were lying...

Why? Because you used the source material to distinguish how the rear lamps wrap around the rear, the floating air breather with no hockey stick And of course the main body of design work. So well done. A Touring update would be nice

It's good to hear about the 200 lb weight savings, but didn't the F10 gain like 400 lbs over the E60? Can't believe BMW allowed that, clearly their priority wasn't to produce the "ultimate driving machine."

looks like the evolution of the 5 not very surprising to me, it is a handsome car though. My hopes are that the Interior is largely improved because the new E-class is killing it, nothing looks remotely as opulent in my opinion. The & series is very techie which I love but the interior looks like a gussied up 3 series which was disappointing especially when compared to the s class.

What I really dislike about the new 7 is that the front piece where the front camera sits...that little piece is black. Why BMW? On the X5, the piece that the front camera is in is body colored. It looks so cheap and it's a huge oversight on the 7.

The feature incorporating the camera aligns with the bottom and top line of the headlights.

Here are scans from Autocar and Auto Express. About Auto Express, the side rendering of the car is not accurate because the car won't have the 7 series Hockey Stick air curtain...
