proper tire width for 9" and 10.5" wheels?
from what I can find 255/35/20 and 295/30/20 seem to be flush sidewall fitment on 9" and 10.5" wheels. I'm also wondering if 245/35 and 285/30 would look better, but I keep getting conflicting pictures with some showing stretch and some not. I don't want any noticeable stretch.
if anyone has any good pictures of these setups that would be awesome.

I have 245 on a 9" in front and they are stretched. 275 on a 10.5" rear and they are stretched.
I will be going with 255 and 285 or 295 if they will fit in the rear next time. |

275 is the max max on a 9inch wide wheel, but most tires run wider, you should not put bigger then a 265, in fact I just moved down from 275 to 265 same tire, car handles much better less floaty, and tracks much better on highway,
