yeah, i don't gas mileage would jump that drastically in real world tests.....i'm sure this study/test has something wrong with it....

I would never do this on my car... Rental??? Hmmm just from 1 post I would not even do that. I would want this idea to be totally researched before I would do this. Anyone dumb enough to do this well please don't post after the fact, telling us how your car doesn't work and you "don't know why". Then ask everyone to figure out why.

Most will remember how one poor chap did a dynan, and some other small mods, and got stuck between dynan and the dealership. His car was not running properly yet notbody wanted to fix it. Well, in the end it turned out he had used some 3rd party boost gas stuff.. and it damaged his spark plugs. Nobody has thought of that, and it created a mess for a whole bunch of people. I can see something like this happening all over again.

My 1 even can tell the difference between Sunoco 94 and Shell V Power Premium. I would never add this. N E V E R!!!!

Acetone is a powerful solvent, a potential warranty-wrecker, until more research, positive results prove safe, do not do this, plus, acetone is a sealant dehydrator, it leaches soft/rubbery-like seals of essential oils. Do not do this!:eyebulge

You can then let us know at what point your car stopped working.
