Thanks. It's strange there are other vessels transmitting location info along the way, while HH stopped.
I ended up calling the carrier and inquiring whether it was still on schedule. It's due to arrive in Baltimore this evening at 7pm and they'll unload tomorrow starting at 8AM. There are three terminals in Baltimore that the vessel needs to visit and BMW is at the first terminal. |

Mine was on the Olympian Highway, and it disappeared during the transit as well.
I was happy that it didn’t catch fire and sink like the Felicity Ace last year. |

Awesome! With Mercedes as a reference, I’m extremely impressed with the build quality of BMW. The fit and finish was definitely “tighter”. The HK audio is definitely better than Burmester. The heads up display and navigation were wonderful navigating rush hour traffic on the way home from the dealer.
I was surprised that mine came with the kick to open trunk. I thought that was discontinued in 2023 and it wasn’t listed on my car’s options. It was 40F and pouring rain today when I picked it up. I’ll take some pics this weekend when the weather is better. Suffice it to say it was worth the wait. |

I also was surprised to get the kick open trunk option, but very happy it was included. I use it all the time! I'm now looking at installing these trunk grocery bag hooks to complete the package, had them on the Audi and really miss not having them on the M550i: https://g20.bimmerpost.com/forums/sh...1632961&page=4 It's a diy that involves drilling a couple of holes, so I'm a little hesitant to actually do it. Working up the courage to get them installed. |
