Remote start not working after sorftware upgrade

I did the remote software upgrade to 11/2023.50 the other day and noticed that now my remote start doesn’t work from my key or from the app.
Has anyone else noticed this problem after doing the software update?
Gonna call the dealer in the morning just curious if anyone else had this issue or any others after the update

I have a 2022 540i

Like any Remote start? There's also the remote start where your engine does not turn on; it just uses the battery (not really useful for heating). Or you mean the engine remote start? If the latter, it usually gets disabled after an update and you need to reenable it. BMW tells you this if you read the last parts of the Software Update notes.

To reenable:
Enabling the automatic engine start function
The automatic engine start must be enabled be‐
fore using the system. Otherwise, the engine
cannot switch on automatically to climatize the
car's interior.

Via iDrive:

1. "CAR"
2. "Settings"
3. "Climate control"
4. "Preconditioning/ventilation"
5. If necessary, "Remote Engine Start"
6. "Starting engine for clim. control"
7. Confirm the disclaimer.
