Hi,

I recently installed the LCI lamps. Very happy with it!

I only get an random error message (left or right brake light error). The brake lights work just fine. They don't flicker out or anything. Sometimes its error free for days... Sometimes suddenly 3 times a day.

I followed the BMW manual:
- 2 extra wires pulled to the front.
- plugs of the lamps pinned according to the manual.

Then coded with E-sys.
- I-Step was after 2021 (S15A-23-07-545)
- Add HELC to HO-WORT
- Code BDC module

After this I adjusted some manual things with bimmercode:
BL_L_CCM: ccm_346 [01 5A]
BL_L_IS_LED: nicht_active, default [00]
BL_L_MIN_PWM: 5% [05]
BL_L_WARMUEBERWACHUNG: nicht_aktiv [00]
BL_R_CCM: ccm_345 [01 59]
BL_R_IS_LED: nicht_active, default [00]
BL_R_MIN_PWM: 5% [05]
BL_R_WARMUEBERWACHUNG: nicht_aktiv [00]

But stil got the brake left or right error once in a while.

Anyone know what I can do?

I don't have the answer myself, but if you want to engage with a coder that is an expert on coding these lights, I can provide you with that info. I am 100% positive he will get to the root of it in 5 minutes, he is that good. He would charge you $140 US.

Unrelated, where did you source your lights and do you know if they will ship to the US? Trying to help a friend source genuine OEM euro tails.
