I love my M550. But, let me tell you, I drove the M5 Comp at COTA in Austin, when BMW brought their M Driving Experience there in July, and it is ridiculously fast and stable...the fastest I have ever gone there, and the best car I have driven. My M4 was way to beastly for a DD, but I suspect the M5 could be reasonable in all wheel drive mode. Not sure why anyone would want to switch to two wheel drive, it was so fast in corners in all wheel. I got so tired of wheelspin on my M4, but maybe some like that. YMMV.

My wife got my favorite color alpine white on her g30 a year before me. So I went with bluestone. Both look great and I have really grown to love my cars color.

Can not go wrong with either. If I was flush with cash my next would be a voodoo blue M5 comp. workout a doubt.

I hear ya - I'm still monitoring lightly used 2018 M5's & M5C's...
