Lemon Law/Buy Back question

Searched and found a lot of information, but has anyone gone through with the lemon law/buy back process recently?

I am talks with the service manager, but haven't heard back from him yet, and my SA is out of town till next week.

WA state lemon law states a repair has to be done three times, and if it happens again I can have the manufacture do a buy back. Not even a week later, the same issue happened.

Google is your friend.

Google lemon law attorneys in your state. Everything you need to know will be answered.

Thanks for your input. No need for an attorney though. Just wanted to hear from people who are in the process of doing a buy back.

You can even find an out of state attorney specialize in lemon law. I did a few years back with my Audi TT.

pm bluesummer, he's a pro at Lemon Law. lol.

I had my E92 N54 lemoned before too. Had to use an attorney because they tried to flag me and blame my exhaust as the culprit of the issue, when it was ultimately discovered to not be the cause at all.

Either way, your next step is to contact BMW NA and explain to them the issue and begin the process of lemoning your ride.

If you're serious, hire a lawyer and let them deal with it.
