Cabin air leak

So, in the last few days given the colder weather I've noticed how air is leaking into the cabin from the doors even though they are shut well. Noticed it from the drivers side as the cold air kept annoying my face/ear but passenger side seems almost similar albeit not as cold.
Can't really find much on searches. I'm leaning towards it being being the door rubber seals possibly although they actually look fine.

Any help appreciated

Could it be the aiming of that outer vent? Do you hear wind noise?

Don't think so. Even with it off its quite noticeable as I move my hand around the door trim.

It also explains how I never initially understood how if I turned the heater off the cabin would go cold quite quickly. No retention of the heat
