I put 20k miles on a 2014 m5 NON CP car and the top end compared to the M4 is INSTANTLY noticeable between the two..


I beat a 335i that put 1.5-3 cars on my m4 by 5+ cars in a stock m5 with charcoal filters in... There is just no comparison between m5/m6 and m4/m3...

The only chance the m3/m4 has is they fully unlock the ECU while the m5/m6 is stuck then MAYBE with upgraded turbos, e85 and tune it could beat a modded m6.. But even that BMS m4 making 530/580 I'd bet good money it would have trouble with an m6 cp package and probably could just about stay next to a stock m5 [thats maxed out vs. stock]

^^I understand that its not even close, I have driven both cars a lot and yes they are crazy fast. I was just curious if the M6 had any mods or not, do you happen to know?

I don't I believe it was stock from the boys on m5post.. But its such a bad video you can't really tell.

The BMS/DPs/Meth etc. would make a world of difference, even Competition package would matter.
