Connected music
I’ve just picked up a new 530e. I was expecting to see an integrated Spotify app working of the car’s own integrated sim as part of Connected Music. I can’t see it anywhere. I can access Spotify through Apple car play but not through a stand alone app. Am I missing something?

What MY car do you have? My understanding is the Spotify app in the car is only for iDrive 7 cars from MY2020 and later. If it is an early MY2020 car you'll need the dealer to install an update to get it (anything later than Nov 2019, but the latest is March 2021 so they should install that).

Unless it isn't in your market it should show up as an option when you hit "Mode" and scroll through media options. Once selected it will ask you to sign into Spotify.

Congrats. I guess this is your second 530e?
Inbuilt Spotify app is not licensed in Ireland and hence its removed as soon as you login with an Irish connecteddrive account. You may setup a new connected drive account with UK as location and inbuilt Spotify will be back. |

Strangely I find the ride on this 530e SE to be firmer than the 330e M Sport. Both with 18’’ non run flats. |

I just had my normal winter tyres swapped for my rf summer ones and the fitter put in 3.3 bar - they feel like driving on just the alloys ! What pressure are yours set to. The car says mine should be 2.4.
