I felt nothing most of the day. I was working on redoing my fence all day and honestly didn't even notice a sore arm. Now at night my arm does feel a little sore, but only close to the injection site, maybe just like 3" radius.

Still no desire to sell my macs and get windows pcs.

I had strong chills and elevated body temp (but not high fever) 8 hours after my 1st dose of AstraZeneca. But I was back to normal after 3rd day. My brother didn't have any such reactions.

Hmmm, maybe there is something to this. I honestly believe the Zune had it's merits.

Got my second Pfizer shot last night. A little sore at the injection point and nothing else so far.

After 12+ hours since the second Pfizer jab, one of the muscles in my arm about 3" below the injection site is slightly tender to the touch. Other than that, I'm not growing a tail, and see no signs that I'm being assimilated into the Borg collective as Locutus of BimmerPost.

FWIW, this post is coming from my 16" Macbook Pro with 8 cores of i9 CPU goodness.....

Got both shots, had a little bit of a sore arm but felt fine otherwise.

Today I learned a bit more about the whole "just get one of the two shots" story. The upshot is that one dose will give you pretty good coverage for the original variant of the virus but the newer variants are another matter. Lots of unknowns but the general opinion so far is that two doses provides broader protection.

The other news is that the standard 3 week (Pfizer) or 4 week (Moderna) separation between doses is good and all, but waiting longer could be better. Again lots of unknowns but it seems to be leaning in that direction. the upshot there is that states holding doses back for 2nd pokes might be freed up to let them go and allow a larger window of time for the second shot to occur.

24 hours after Pfizer #2, and I'm suddenly feeling nausea and dizzy. Had some chicken noodle soup for dinner, and am now about to turn in for the night. Can't contribute it to the jab, given all of the pre-existing medical issues that I live with daily, but I am not feeling normal right now.....

Wife on her way home from second Moderna shot. Most immediate side effect for me is there are now plans to see in-laws in May.

Notify the CDC, they might "pause" the Moderna vaccine due to horrific side-effects!

It's ok. I still have a language barrier as a buffer.

Very similar to my experience: in about 22 hours after the second shot I
developed some discomfort in my legs, then slight muscle pain in the whole body and got dizzy. Called it quits with the work and had a quiet evening. Feel pretty good now.

Last night I was walking home from corner store with 2lbs meat and a gallon of milk, both held in my injection arm. I SWEAR I could feel both sites, and tomorrow will be 4 weeks post-2nd.

I did have a phone call just before I went into store, someone wanted me to consult on him buying a new PC. I told him his old one should speed up now that he got his shots, but he got Moderna, so . . .

Come on, Bill, I didn't try to sell him a Mac
