That is very high resolution and I love this feature.

You can just install cameras in your car. Granted it's not 360, but you can certainly get the front and rear. If it's set up right, it'll even send you a notification if someone bumps your car. You can also get a live view of the video. I have a BlackVue system FYI.
This is pretty cool nonetheless. |

Yes, search for BlackVue. It's a 2 channel (front and rear). The remote stuff will only work if you have a wifi hotspot. I have my MiFi hotspot in the car and the car uses the connection for live video streaming and notifications. I also have a battery (Cellink) which gives me about 24 hours of recording once I shut off the car (my MiFi doesn't last that long), but your car will keep recording nonetheless. I suggest you look at YouTube for videos of the system. It'll set you back about 350-450 for the system and another 200 or so for the battery. Obviously, the mifi is also extra and you typically have a monthly fee for it as well ($10 if shared with your account). Hope it helps.

It looks like a great feature. But I understand you can only get the 360/surround/birds eye/drone view (whatever it is now called) if you order the full remote parking option... certainly in the U.K.
As I've mentioned in the UK forums, this is a pity... |
