540i xDrive FNS rattle

Hi, looking for some help before I section myself!

I have a rattle on the front driver wheel area when I go over potholes. If I go over a speed bump with both wheels at the same time, no noise.

It is like a light metallic rattle, like a loose washer or something.

I’ve managed to make it disappear once but going through a crate of a pothole but it returned after a week.

So far I have done the following:

1. Wheel off and checked over
2. Calliper off and checked over including fixings and retaining clips for pads
3. Disc off
4. Disc shield off and debris cleaned
5. Debris cleaned out of rear of the hub at the bearing
6. Wheel arch fully removed
7. All ancillary brackets tightened and debris removed.
8. Box section frame all cleaned of debris stones etc
9. All control arms checked over
10. Suspension all tightened and checked under rubber boot

I tactical tapped everything with a rubber and metal hammer and managed to replicate the rattle noise by hitting the point of the top wishbone.

I’m at a loss!
