Heat Seat Problem

Hello, checked my G30 with AUTEL and found 2 problems with Heat system (in attachment).

Switches (rear left and right) works fine.

Front heating system works OK as well, but left rear heat looks like not heat.

Can you advise what is it ?

Might be loose connection.
